As Different States Implement Different Policies, Successes and Failures Will Emerge
Liberal States can have greater power and funding to implement Liberal policies. Likewise Conservative, or Moderate States can institute policy that greater reflect the will of their local constituents.
For example, the people of Oregon want police reform? Seek change locally....no need to look towards DC. State police are not Federal; however, are dependent upon Federal funds. Why bother? Just keep the funds in the State to be utilized more efficiently and allocated per the will of the people.
The people of Idaho want a more universal Healthcare program? Allocate from a greater wealth of Idaho State funds to implement a Healthcare policy that is more suited for those living in Idaho.

Or, Virginian's want School Choice? They will now have the funding and authority to implement an Education system that suites Virginians. The Federal Govt can still provide oversight to ensure a level standardization among all States.
